This new 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-art building, on approximately 2 acres in Chili, was developed by Choice One Development, with architectural design provided by Gerard Associates Architects. Our team has also completed near identical buildings for Choice One Development in Greece, NY and Scranton, PA, as well as a renovation in Temple, FL.
