Project Summary
Empire Commercial Construction has completed the construction contract for Eagle’s Nest Golf Lounge in the Town of Webster, New York. Empire partnered with Design Space Studios and BX2 Architecture for all design/permitting of the 1,650-square-foot tenant space renovation of a former medical space in the existing building located at 1170 Ridge Road (adjacent to Heart to Heart Bride) at Jackson Square Plaza. The renovation of the existing 1,600-square-foot space (a former Rochester Speech and Hearing location) included two separate private sectioned-off 15’ x 20’ bays featuring high-end Trackman commercial golf simulators, and spacious lounge area.
