Project Summary
Empire partnered with local franchisee, ABKI Corporation, as well as Thomas F. Tedrow architecture, for all design and development of the 905-square-foot space located within Pittsford Plaza at 3349 Monroe Avenue. Official opening of this location was late December of 2025. Recently reaching 90 locations nationwide, the locally owned and operated Pittsford franchise will be Cinnaholic’s second location in New York State and the first in Upstate New York. The bakery, known for its fully customizable plant-based menu with multiple cinnamon roll combinations as well as cookies, brownies, and edible cookie dough, will open in the former UPS Store between Goldfish Swim School and One World Goods.
Not new to helping solve everyone’s sweet cravings, Empire has completed locations for both local and national brands such as White Rabbit Dessert, Insomnia Cookies, Sweet Mist Ice Cream, Forno Di Laura Bakery, Tim Hortons, Panera Bread, and more.
