Project Summary
Empire has completed the contract for a new Firehouse Subs located on West Ridge Road in the town of Greece, NY. Empire partnered with G141 Architecture for the design and build-out of the existing 1,850 square-foot space within the Stone Ridge Plaza. The build-out included a customer ordering area, a seating area suitable for twenty-six (26) customers, a kitchen area, restrooms and an office.
