Empire partnered with Greater Living Architecture for design of the over 25,000-square-foot renovation and associated buildouts for BYK. This newly renovated 25,000-square-foot building allows BYK-Gardner USA to expand by an additional 16,000 square feet from their previous location on Monroe Avenue in the Town of Pittsford, while adding offices and more area for research, development, and warehousing. Associated general contracting firm, TAYLOR – The Builders, then R-J Taylor General Contractors, completed the original building in 2001 for Caldwell Manufacturing.
