Spoke Cycle + Fitness Studio Now Open in Fairport

Empire recently completed the contract for Spoke Cycle + Fitness Studio in Fairport, New York. Empire partnered with Jeffrey LaDue and FORM2 Architecture, for design of the over 3,500-square-foot buildout of the vacant tenant space at 75 North Main Street, within Phase 2 of The Cannery.

“Empire is proud to help bring another Spoke Fitness location to the Rochester and Upstate New York markets,” said Empire President, Josh Myers. “This unique fitness studio fosters an inclusive community where they prove that fitness can be fun and inspiring.”

Spoke Cycle + Fitness Studio – Fairport is the 3rd location in Upstate New York, with other locations at the Culver Road Armory in the City of Rochester, and in Wegman’s Plaza at Fayetteville/Syracuse. The custom buildout of the new studio consisted of a welcoming front desk/reception, locker area with private shower and bathrooms, spinning studio, boot camp studio, Pilates studio, and associated laundry/storage areas.
